  • Daniil Mambetov, a lawyer at INTELLECT, co-authored the commentary on Article 162 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation with A.G. Karapetov for this new volume of the #Glossa series.

The book was prepared from February to November 2024 and reflects the text of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the content of other laws, and judicial practice as of autumn 2024. As noted by the editor-in-chief A.G. Karapetov, this material was initially published in the 2018 volume, but the text of the current edition has been significantly revised: the authors took into account the practice of higher courts that emerged over the past six years, significantly expanded the scope of the issues discussed, and refined their positions in light of the evolution of scholarly views.

The commentary will be useful for practicing lawyers, judges, scholars, and students interested in civil law.

At the moment, the book is available only in hardcover. An electronic version of the publication is expected to be released soon.
