The firm has in place a policy making mandatory internal and external continuing legal education (CLE) for all of the firm's fee earners, which sets out general CLE rules, requirements, terms and condition.
All fee earners must attend at least 30 hours of internal CLE seminars a year and report their attendance to the career committee appraising their performance.
The firm's partners are expected to attend law firm management seminars and do, at least once every five years, training under the program named Legal Business in the United States: Law Firm Management, operated in conjunction with the Lincoln Law School of San Jose in Silicon Valley, California, and Californian law firms.
All INTELLECT-S fee earners are encouraged to obtain degrees in economics and other fields and study foreign languages.
The firms invests considerable financial and administrative resources in its fee earners' CLE, including its developing project, INTELLECT-S Business School.
